25 Finsbury Circus

Acquired for £72.5 million, IJM aquired the iconic 25 Finsbury Circus, further expanding its global investment portfolio. Located a two-minute walk to one of London’s busiest transport hubs, Liverpool Street Station, the building will be enhanced with flexible offices, wellness amenities, and end-of-journey facilities to support modern, sustainable workstyles.

Royal Mint Gardens Phase 2

IJM Land, via RMS (England) Ltd, is developing Phase 2 of Royal Mint Gardens near Tower Bridge, London, following the success of Phase 1 (2019). In partnership with Staycity Group, this project features a 15-storey, 463-room aparthotel under Staycity’s Wilde collection and 79 residential units. Targeted for completion in May 2028, highlights include a rooftop bar and public dining spaces, with a 30-year lease reflecting Staycity’s long-term commitment.

JRL Group

IJM acquired a £50 million (50%) stake in JRL Group, a leading UK construction firm known for its integrated delivery across piling, groundworks, concrete frames, M&E services, and architectural design. JRL’s specialist expertise in rail-adjacent and over-railway developments enhances IJM’s construction capabilities and supports its long-term expansion in the UK market.

The Wheat Quarter

Located in Hertfordshire, the 11-acre Wheat Quarter will deliver 811 homes and 150,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use space. The masterplan features a central park, community-centric design, and thoughtful integration of 1920s architecture, including Grade II listed buildings.

Innova-Network Rail Partnership

Innova, a joint venture between IJM Land’s UK subsidiary and Network Rail Property, will develop eight over-rail sites across Brent, Camden, Islington, and Westminster. The 3.55 million sq. ft. mixed-use project will deliver approximately 1,600 homes, life sciences, student housing, and commercial spaces, with a GDV of over £3 billion (RM17.8 billion).

Royal Mint Gardens Phase 1

Completed in 2019, the project comprises three 15-storey condominium blocks spanning 315,000 sq. ft. for 256 private residential units. Constructed over two active railway lines and the Docklands Light Railway at Tower Hill, it was undertaken by Midgard Limited, the main contracting arm of the JRL Group.
